Is this a fit for my HVAC business?
The first release focuses on small teams doing service and repair: booking a job, assigning a visit and keeping work details together. Construction project accounting, payroll and multi-branch operations are outside this initial offer.
How does the 14-day trial work?
The proposed live trial requires a card upfront and starts after checkout. You pay $0 for 14 days, then $149/month plus applicable tax unless you cancel before renewal. Your renewal date and cancellation control appear in your account. This local preview simulates that process and never charges you.
Can I use it without the other flowX apps?
Yes. You can create customers, book jobs and coordinate service work in Service. Sales and Knowledge are optional planned connections.
How does it compare with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
Compare it against the work your team actually needs to do. Our first release focuses on service jobs, office-to-field handoffs and a visible monthly subscription. Check your requirements for payments, accounting, construction and integrations before switching. This preview does not claim feature parity with either product.
Can I import my existing customers?
A supported migration and import workflow is still being developed. You can create a customer in the preview workspace today. Keep your current system while evaluating the workflow; bulk migration is not part of this preview.
Can I use the preview for live customer work?
This build is for evaluation with sample data. Checkout is simulated, external messages are not sent, and production hosting and integrations remain in development.
