What this preview stores.
This notice describes the local evaluation build. A production privacy policy and business contact details must be supplied before a public launch.
Account and workspace information
Signup stores your name, business name, email address and a salted password hash in the server’s configured database. Activated accounts receive a company workspace whose records are restricted to authorized members. Use sample customer information during evaluation.
Sessions and activity
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect form submissions. We record signup, simulated checkout, trial activation, cancellation and the first booked job. Temporary hashed network identifiers limit repeated requests. Workspace security and audit logs may include network addresses and account activity.
Campaign attribution
The company signup records campaign source, medium, campaign name, content and term from tagged links, together with the accepted terms version and time. Operators can count signups, verification, development trials and workspace openings by campaign. These development counts do not represent paid customers. If you arrive through a tagged link, campaign parameters such as source, campaign and Facebook click ID may be saved with your signup. No Meta Pixel, advertising SDK or external analytics service is connected in this preview. Passwords and card data are not included in marketing events.
Payments
Checkout accepts only a test-card selection. It does not accept, store or transmit actual card numbers. No payment provider is contacted and no charges occur.
Your preview
You can sign out or cancel renewal from your account. The preview does not automatically delete your account or workspace when it expires. Ask the person operating this local preview to remove evaluation records when you are finished.
